It looks like RioGrande might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

That was a close round but I would say that John Johnson will probably get the nod.

Johnson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Johnson wants it to stay on the feet.

Johnson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
RioGrande seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Johnson shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! RioGrande is backing up but Johnson catches him with a final right hook that drops him! RioGrande covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Johnson Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Johnson!
