#R1# Dim shoots in for a takedown but Peebles shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dim tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Peebles swivels and escapes. Peebles misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dim throws a series of punches but Peebles moves out of range. Dim with a body punch. A glancing blow. Dim tries for a takedown but Peebles sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Vaughn Peebles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dim Dim. A head kick misses from Dim. #TD# Peebles closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Peebles lands in his opponent's guard. Peebles passes Dim's left leg - he's now in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Peebles is pressing down on Dim's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dim is holding on for now. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dim with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Peebles working Dim over with strikes. Peebles scoring with strikes to the body and head. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Peebles connects with a nice short shot to Dim's temple. Dim is trying to control but Peebles passes into side control!
You can see the frustration on Dim's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dim is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Peebles asserts his dominance and retains side control. Peebles has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#T2# Dim regains half guard.#SUB# Peebles is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dim is just riding it out for now. Peebles eventually gives up the hold. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Peebles connects with a nice short shot to Dim's temple. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Peebles in particular looking to stall. #R1# Dim shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gattuso but Gattuso pushes him off and we're back to square one. Nice uppercut lands for Gattuso. That snapped Dim's head back.
Gattuso stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gattuso wants it to stay on the feet. Gattuso throws a nice outside leg kick. Dim tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Dim throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Gattuso checks a leg kick nicely. Gattuso lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dim at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#KD# Gattuso sends Dim crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Gattuso is motioning to the referee to let Dim up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC# Dim is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dim gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Gattuso points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Dim wakes up just in time to hear Gattuso thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Nogueira leaves Dim with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Nogueira misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nogueira tries to score with a low kick but Dim moves his leg out of the way. Ricardo Nogueira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Nogueira clinches up against the cage.#BC# Nogueira manages to break the clinch.

Nogueira looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nogueira lands a head shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nogueira rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dim moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dim shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nogueira sprawls well. Nogueira wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dim gets slowly back to his feet. It’s a flash knockdown though - Dim manages to regain guard straight away.

Dim wants to sweep here but Pavlov controlling him for the moment. Pavlov looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Pavlov is pushing down on Dim's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dim is fighting to maintain full guard but Pavlov has managed to sneak the leg through. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ground and pound from Pavlov. Pavlov frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Pavlov controlling from mount. #T1# Pavlov scoring with strikes but Dim is staying in there. #CUT2# It looks like Dim Dim has been cut. Dim tries to hold on but Pavlov postures up. Pavlov loads up with a big shot that hurts Dim! He's pulled Pavlov in close but Pavlov has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Dim survive? More strikes from Pavlov and Dim is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
