#R1# A head kick from Ruttenum lands but Pound takes it in his stride. #CUT2# It looks like George Pound has been cut. Pound shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ruttenum defends it nicely. The fighters circle, before Ruttenum throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Pound's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Ruttenum lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Callum Ruttenum! A less than humble Callum Ruttenum misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

#R1# Ruttenum looks for a takedown but Powell sprawls well. Ruttenum fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Ruttenum shoots in but Powell avoids the takedown attempt easily. Oscar Powell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Callum Ruttenum. Ruttenum fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ruttenum gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Powell counters with a nice body shot. Powell's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ruttenum under the eye. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL# Powell closes the distance and clinches. A left hand lands to the body for Powell.
Ruttenum looks winded! Ruttenum drops down looking for an ankle pick but Powell pulls his leg out and moves away.
