Daniel closes the distance and clinches up with Bear, looking for a takedown. Daniel pushes Bear against the cage but Bear circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bear changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Daniel jumps guard and drags Bear to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Daniel wants to sweep but no luck.
Bear content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hippie creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Daniel is working for takedown but Hippie is calmly controlling the position for now.#TD#

Fournier has a closed guard, preventing Daniel from standing up.
Daniel postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
