#R1# Jenkins fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Barbados checks it well. It looked like Barbados was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jenkins. Barbados rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jenkins moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jenkins pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Jenkins dips to his left and cracks Barbados with an uppercut! Barbados on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. We've been told by Barbados's head coaches at Montreal Fighter's Gym (5* Sparring) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Jenkins throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jenkins takes one to the chin there. Barbados misses with a body shot.
Barbados lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Jenkins lands a slapping body shot.
Jenkins lands the left hand. Jenkins misses with a straight left. It looked like Barbados was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Barbados misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jenkins.
Jenkins throws a counter combo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Barbados bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.#T1# Barbados blocks a leg kick. As Jenkins looks to move away, Barbados throws a big counter combo but Jenkins just gets out of the way. Jenkins takes a swing at Barbados's ribcage but misses. #KD# Barbados lands a big head kick that sends Jenkins tumbling to the mat! Barbados takes a step backwards and waves Jenkins back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC# Jenkins is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Bubba Jenkins has been cut. Jenkins glances at the clock... BAM! Barbados nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Jenkins crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Jenkins is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
