#R1##CL# Maximov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Meneth, pushing him back against the cage. Maximov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Meneth's efforts to push away. Maximov scores with an uppercut up the middle. Meneth is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Maximov to keep the fight standing. Meneth drops down looking for an ankle pick but Maximov pulls his leg out and moves away.
Meneth throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Maximov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Maximov throws a head kick but Meneth moves out of range.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Maximov checks a leg kick. #CL# Maximov gets in close and instigates a clinch. Maximov misses with a short punch on the inside. Maximov keeps control of Meneth as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Maximov lands with a light punch inside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Maximov lands a hook to the side of the head. Meneth fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Drago Maximov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kol Meneth. A quick uppercut on the inside from Maximov. Maximov pushes Meneth back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.#ROC# Meneth is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Meneth tries for a takedown but Maximov manages to get underhooks.
Maximov lands a hook that snaps the head of Meneth backwards. Meneth is still on wobbly legs! Can Maximov finish him?#T1# Maximov creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Meneth with a big uppercut! Meneth tries to clinch up but Maximov pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Meneth to the mat! Meneth covers up and Maximov unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
