Ankka works Carey's body with a nice hook.#TD2# Ankka closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Carey is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Carey regains full guard. Nicely done. Ankka must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Carey pulls Ankka in close to prevent any damage. Ankka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ankka tries to stand but Carey is controlling from the bottom. #SUB# Carey is looking for a triangle but Ankka pushes his legs off easily.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Ankka throws a half hearted mid kick. As Ankka tries to get set, Carey tries to push him back and clinch up but Ankka manages to avoid the attempt. Carey is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Ankka.#CL2# Ankka rushes Carey and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. #BC2# Ankka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Carey enables Ankka to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Carey manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Ankka won't allow Carey to sweep him here. Carey keeping moving, preventing Ankka from controlling successfully. Carey not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
#SUB2# Ankka drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Carey manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Ankka has Carey in his guard.#REVR# Carey throwing strikes but missing. #T2##SUB2# Ankka has his foot on Carey's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Carey works his way back into a safe position though. Ankka has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Ankka is trying hard to land a takedown here. Carey sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Carey half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Carey tries to clinch but Ankka moves out of range. Ankka fails with a takedown attempt. Carey changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Edwardo Carey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rankka Ankka. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ankka blocks the body kick.

And that's the end of the fight! Rankka Ankka comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Ankka has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
