Lukyanov goes for a takedown attempt but Aldo pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

#CUT# It looks like Valery Lukyanov has been cut. Lukyanov takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Aldo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
#CL# Aldo gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.#BC# Aldo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lukyanov is defended easily by Aldo. Aldo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Hales is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Hales unloads a knee to the mid-section. Lukyanov lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Hales landing some nice looking knees to the body.
