Williano closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Liu to the mat! Liu manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Williano passes Liu's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Liu is looking to improve his position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Williano connects with a nice short shot to Liu's temple. #SU2#

Liu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lintunen L paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Liu shoots in but Lintunen L avoids the takedown attempt easily.

It looks like Lintunen L might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
