Nesterov misses the shot to the body.
Victorovich was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Nesterov closes the distance looking to clinch
letting Victorovich counter with a right hand.
Victorovich seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Ivan Nesterov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nesterov tries to clinch but Victorovich moves away
and Victorovich counters with a stiff right hand.
Victorovich scores with a body shot.
Nesterov shoots in looking for a takedown. Victorovich tries to sprawl out of it but Nesterov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Victorovich manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Victorovich avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nesterov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Victorovich counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Victorovich gets in close and tags Nesterov with a short punch that almost sends Nesterov to the mat! Oh Nesterov is in big trouble! He turns his back on Victorovich, trying to create some distance but Victorovich rushes him, striking wildly and Nesterov goes down! The referee tackles Victorovich into the cage to end the fight! Victorovich is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Guskov Victorovich!
Guskov Victorovich spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

McJoe bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#SUB#
McJoe is trying to get an arm triangle but Victorovich is defending well. #SUB#
McJoe is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Victorovich looks calm but he's in trouble here. McJoe gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Victorovich is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! McJoe lets go of the hold and Victorovich can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Joe McJoe!
