#R1# Bruce takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Bruce shoots in looking for a takedown but Date manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bruce's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.#CL2# Date has managed to clinch.
Date working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Date lands a left hand.
Date lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Bruce drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Date gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joseph Bruce. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bruce is breathing heavily. Bruce has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Date avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bruce tries to clinch up but Date pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Bruce to the mat! Bruce covers up and Date unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

#R1# Zimmer fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Bruce drops down looking for a counter takedown but Zimmer sprawls and moves away.#TD2# Zimmer looking for a takedown here - he's got it.#ES# Bruce is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Zimmer presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. #TD# Bruce has clasped his hands together around Zimmer's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee asks Bruce politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bruce prefers to stall for the moment though.#SUB# Bruce tries for a kimura but Zimmer is defending well. #SUB# Zimmer is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Bruce take his back! Uh oh - Bruce has got a rear naked choke here! Zimmer is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!

#R1##CL2# Bruce moves into range and clinches up with Lynch. Lynch trying to stall but Bruce improves his position.

Bruce has had enough of the clinch but Lynch keeps him there for the moment.#TD2# Bruce gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Lynch regains guard.
Bruce slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bruce looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bruce passes Lynch's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Ground and pound from Bruce. Lynch might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T1# Well, if Bruce is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Nice strikes from Bruce there. Bruce is thwarting Lynch's attempts to control the position. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bruce connects with a nice short shot to Lynch's temple. Bruce moves into full mount! Lynch won't be happy about that! Lynch is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Lynch could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.#SUB2# Bruce swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
