Ryan shoots in looking for a takedown. Sanchez tries to sprawl out of it but Ryan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sanchez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Ryan shoots for a double leg takedown but Sanchez sprawls well. He's pushed Ryan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ryan closes the distance and clinches up with Sanchez, looking for a takedown. Ryan pushes Sanchez against the cage but Sanchez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Yoel Sanchez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Sanchez slaps away a takedown attempt from Ryan, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Sanchez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ryan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
