#R1# Scott closes the distance looking to clinch #TD# and Finch counters with a nice double leg into side control. Scott won't be happy with that. #ES2# Scott throws Finch to one side and escapes! Scott moves out of range of the body kick from Finch.
Scott lands with a nice combination. Finch backs away looking to recover.#CUT2# It looks like Troy Finch has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Scott swats away the attempt to clinch by Finch. Scott doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Finch seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Scott pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Scott changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Finch tries to avoid it but Scott manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Finch to the ground. Finch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Scott misses with a takedown and Finch counters with a one-two to the body. Scott tries for a takedown but Finch sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Troy Finch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harvey Scott. Finch with a lazy takedown attempt and Scott counters with a lovely straight right hand!#T1# Scott shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.#CL# Scott gets tackled into the cage by Finch. Finch maintains the clinch. Finch jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Scott walks away with a smile on his face. Finch gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Finch shoots in looking for a takedown. Scott tries to sprawl out of it but Finch keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Scott manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #CL# Finch fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Scott, pushing him back against the cage.#TD# Finch pulls guard successfully.
Scott loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Scott showing good wrestling skills to control the position. #T2# Scott throwing strikes but missing. Finch working a defensive guard but Scott manages to pass into side control anyway.
Finch tries to bench press Scott off him but Scott keeps the position. Scott has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Finch trying to remain calm as Scott controls from the top position. Finch is looking for a sweep. Finch tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Scott presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Finch on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Finch tries to get out of the position.#T3# Scott looking to control and managing it successfully. It looks like Scott might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.#T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.#SUB2# Finch defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Scott. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Scott thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Finch tries to buck Scott off but Scott takes his back! Scott controlling well, preventing Finch from escaping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Scott gets his hands free as Finch looks to control. I really don't envy Finch right now.
Finch knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Scott on the ground.#SUB2# Scott is looking for the choke from the back position but Finch is controlling his hands well. Scott lands shots from the back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Harvey Scott dominated that round. The cut man is working on Troy Finch's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #R2# Scott looks for a takedown but Finch sprawls well. Finch half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Scott moves out of range of the leg kick from Finch.#CL2# Scott closes the distance and clinches. #BC# Finch breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Finch fails in his attempt to clinch. Finch tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Scott paws at him with a jab and circles away.#CL2# Scott instigates a clinch. Scott is trying to break the clinch but Finch is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Scott misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Finch.

Finch shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Scott but Scott pushes him off and we're back to square one.#T1# Scott lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Finch at a distance.
Scott shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Finch as he jumps to the side. Scott shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Troy Finch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harvey Scott. Scott fails with a takedown attempt. Finch fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Scott misses with a takedown attempt - Finch sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Finch slaps away a takedown attempt from Scott, before circling back to the center of the mat.#T2##CL# Finch clinches. Finch is pushing Scott up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Finch tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Scott has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Scott pushes Finch back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. The referee is keeping an eye on Finch - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Scott jumps guard but Finch turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #T3# Scott is pressed up against the cage. Finch has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Scott down to the mat. Scott avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Horrible takedown attempt by Scott or perhaps it was just good defense by Finch, which made it look bad. A looping hook to the body misses from Scott. Finch does a little dance to reset his feet. Scott looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Scott is breathing heavily.#CL# Finch has Scott up against the cage in a clinch.
Scott is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Finch is keeping busy. Scott is trying to stall.
#T4# Finch manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
#TD2# Scott has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Finch uses from the top position. Finch wants to control from the top but Scott keeps moving. Scott is adopting a defensive guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Harvey Scott will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Troy Finch's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! #R3# Finch pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Scott shoots in for a takedown but Finch shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Troy Finch is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Finch throws a body kick that misses and Scott connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Scott has his takedown stuffed#CL# and Finch counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Scott wants to get back to striking at distance but Finch won't allow it.
#TD2# Scott manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Scott is trying to control the position but Finch postures up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Finch has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Scott is proving hard to escape from. Scott has been the more effective fighter overall so far. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Scott holds on and takes a little breather. #SU# Finch gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. #T1# Scott comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.#CL# Finch clinches up with Scott and pushes him back against the cage. Scott is defending well against a takedown attempt. Scott prevents the takedown attempt.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Scott slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Scott throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Finch works some decent striking defense from the bottom. #T2# Scott trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Scott stays in close to Finch's body and controls the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Finch looking to control.
Scott pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Finch is keeping the position for now. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Scott is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.#CL2# Scott instigates a clinch. Scott being controlled against the cage.#BC# Finch escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Scott jabs Finch to the body, keeping him at a distance. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Finch is defended easily by Scott.#T4# Scott shoots and misses #CL# and Finch counters by moving into the clinch. #BC2# Scott manages to break the clinch.

He's got his arms around Finch's waist but Finch gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Scott off to one side. #CL2# Finch gets tackled into the cage by Scott. Scott maintains the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Finch has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Scott after a bit of a struggle. Scott jumps guard but Finch stands there with Scott around his waist. Scott gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Troy Finch has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Harvey Scott is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Scott avoiding damage as Finch throws knees to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Troy Finch. I think Scott has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
