Frost tries to buck Diakite off but Diakite is having none of it.#SUB# Diakite is trying to get an arm triangle but Frost is defending well. A lull in the action here as Diakite stalls from top position. Diakite looking to control but instead Frost has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Frost wants to control but Diakite is keeping busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Well, if Diakite is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Enkamp fires out a quick counter leg kick but Frost just manages to avoid it. Frost lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Frost is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Enkamp feinted there with a counter leg kick. Enkamp feints and then cracks Frost's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Frost down. Frost looks to throw the jab but Enkamp is out of range. Enkamp throws a counter high kick but Frost was just alert enough to avoid it. Frost misses with a hook to the body
and Enkamp counters with a nice body kick.
We've been told by Enkamp's head coaches at Vendetta Alliance London Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Frost throws a looping overhand right but Enkamp ducks down to avoid it. Enkamp is looking to counter with head kicks. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost closes the distance but Enkamp moves to the side and Enkamp counters with a low kick, right behind Frost 's knee. Frost connects with a nice looking jab.

Frost tries to close the distance and clinch but Herman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Frost throws a looping overhand right but Herman ducks down to avoid it. Herman throws a big counter combination but Frost scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Frost throws a low kick, looking for Herman's leg but Herman calmly moves out of range. Herman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.#CUT# It looks like Steven Frost has been cut. Herman swats away the attempt to clinch by Frost. Frost moves out of range of the strikes. Frost ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Idowu waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Frost. Frost lands a lovely overhand right. Frost moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Frost throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
