#R1##TD2# Richmond gets caught napping as Lahey dives in and scores a takedown. Richmond manages to retain guard. Lahey landing some decent shots from guard. Lahey working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Richmond wants to sweep but no luck. Lahey lands a couple of elbows.#SUB# Richmond has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lahey can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Lahey is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. #ROC2# Richmond is rocked! Lahey advances position into side control! Oh Richmond is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Richmond can't do much from the bottom here. Richmond is working to avoid the ground and pound but Lahey connects with a decent elbow. Lahey cracks Richmond with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Lahey immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Richmond is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Lahey!

#R1# Butler tests Richmond's chin there with a solid looking shot. Butler connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.#CUT2# It looks like Julius Richmond has been cut.#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Richmond is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Butler to keep the fight standing. Butler lands a hook that snaps the head of Richmond backwards. #ROC2# Richmond is rocked! Butler softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Oh Richmond is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Richmond blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Butler swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Richmond tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

#R1# Richmond changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marques tries to avoid it but Richmond manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marques to the ground. Marques escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Marques connects with the punch.#CUT2# It looks like Julius Richmond has been cut. Richmond dodges the punch combination from Marques.
Marques bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Richmond's head. Marques misses with a combination
and Richmond counters with a left to the body. Richmond displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Marques throws out the jab. Richmond appears to be looking for a counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Marques lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Richmond circles away quickly and effectively. Marques misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Richmond ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Marques throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Richmond went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.#T1# Richmond will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Marques lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Richmond shoots in but Marques avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Julius Richmond. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marques rushes Richmond with punches - Richmond moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Richmond goes down! Marques follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

#R1# De Angelico swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
De Angelico looks to land a combination. Richmond sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.#CUT2# It looks like Julius Richmond has been cut. De Angelico wants to clinch up but Richmond keeps it at a distance. Richmond shoots in for a double leg but De Angelico sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. De Angelico looks to land a combination but Richmond avoids it well. #TD# Richmond shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in De Angelico's guard. Richmond lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#SU# De Angelico is working an open guard so Richmond takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. De Angelico lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by De Angelico. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Avalon did well to prevent Richmond getting side control.#ES2# Avalon manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Richmond keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Richmond jumps guard but Avalon stands there with Richmond around his waist. Richmond gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
