#R1# Spadoni shoots in and drives through. Uray sprawls well. Spadoni fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Uray swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Spadoni. Nice sprawl there from Uray as Spadoni shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Spadoni. That's going to take a lot out of him. Uray throws a series of strikes that have Spadoni backpedaling.
Uray scores with a crisp jab that stopped Spadoni in his tracks. Spadoni showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Uray.
Nice uppercut there from Uray. Uray displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Uray cracks Spadoni with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Spadoni is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Uray moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

and Spadoni counters with a nice uppercut. Spadoni throws a push kick but Franklin slaps the foot to one side. Spadoni throws a combination that misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Spadoni misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Franklin lands a high kick!
Spadoni throws a series of punches but Franklin moves out of range. #CL2# Franklin has Spadoni up against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#BC2# Franklin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Spadoni throws a sloppy head kick and Franklin moves out of range easily. #TD# Spadoni changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Franklin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.#T1# Franklin tries to buck Spadoni off but Spadoni is having none of it. A punch combination from Franklin misses. It looked like Spadoni was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Franklin. Franklin throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Spadoni. Spadoni steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Franklin. That one must have hurt. Spadoni shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Franklin but Franklin pushes him off and we're back to square one. Spadoni takes a swing at Franklin's ribcage but misses. Franklin lands a high kick!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Franklin! Spadoni is out on his feet! Franklin rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Spadoni is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Spadoni is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Con wants to control from the top but Spadoni keeps moving. Con has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.#SU# Con gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Spadoni doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Con rushes Spadoni and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Spadoni is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Con piles on the pressure and Spadoni crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
