#R1# Browne dips to his left and cracks Dean with an uppercut!#CUT2# It looks like James Dean has been cut. Dean throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Browne. #KD2# Browne cracks Dean with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Browne has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dean to stand back up!#ROC2# Dean is rocked! Browne drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Dean's head, knocking him out cold! Browne is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

#R1##TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Dean enables Jesus to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dean manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Jesus chips away with some ground and pound. Jesus has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Jesus throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dean works some decent striking defense from the bottom. #SUB2# Dean throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Jesus preventing the sweep. Jesus postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Jesus lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Jesus controlling from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jesus content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. #ROC# Dean is rocked! Jesus passes Dean's right leg, so he's now in half guard. #T1# Dean has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jesus is working away from the top position though. Jesus stalling. Jesus scores with a big shot! Dean's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Dean! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

#R1# Dean on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Tatum lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tatum. Dean gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Dean misses with a left hand and Tatum counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Dean tries for a takedown but Tatum circles away easily and Tatum counters with a straight right hand. Tatum seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Dean misses with a wild body shot. Tatum lands a really nice looking cross but Dean seems unphased.
Tatum swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dean.#ROC# Dean is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tatum drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Dean right on the button. Dean goes down! Tatum follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Tatum gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Drederik Tatum! Drederik Tatum opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

#R1# Dean doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dean takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Tatum lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
James Dean seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dean throws a combination that misses and Tatum counters with a nice uppercut. Dean throws a series of punches but Tatum avoids them all with ease. Dean shoots and misses and Tatum counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Dean throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Tatum counters with a lovely straight right hand! Dean has his takedown stuffed and Tatum counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#ROC2# Dean is rocked! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Dean. That's going to take a lot out of him. BOOM! Tatum lands a beautiful left hook that drops Dean. Dean tries to recover but Tatum is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Dean lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
