and Koskinen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lang tests Koskinen's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Lang drops Koskinen with a straight right hand, right on the button! Lang follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Koskinen fails with a takedown attempt.
Koskinen shoots in looking for a takedown. McBride tries to sprawl out of it but Koskinen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McBride manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
McBride lands with a nice body punch.
Koskinen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
William McBride has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jari Koskinen.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

After the fight, Jari Koskinen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, William McBride stepped up to the mic, saying 'My opponent got the better of me. He was the better man today. All I can do is train and try to get better. '.
