Rouam laying and praying for a moment but Odonnell takes advantage and regains half guard. Rouam trying to control from Odonnell's half guard. Odonnell has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Rouam trying to control but Odonnell is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Odonnell looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rouam wants to stand but Odonnell is controlling his posture from full guard. Odonnell tries to land a sweep but no joy. #T1# Rouam sitting in guard, not really doing much. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Odonnell wants to stand up but Rouam is controlling the position.

It looks like Ostrovsky might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance...
