Stout checks the leg kick nicely there.

Waters fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Stout to the ground. Waters is now in Stout's guard.
Waters won't allow Stout to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Waters passes Stout's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Waters winds up and cracks Stout with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Stout is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Waters scores with a couple of nice shots.#ROC2#

Stout has a hand on Waters's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Waters takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Oh Stout is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Waters lands a big elbow - Stout is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Stout is forced to tap out!
