Jacobs tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Silva shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jacobs wants to clinch up but Silva keeps it at a distance. Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jacobs moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Naruto Sagemode seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Jacobs darts in and clinches Sagemode up against the cage. Come on Sagemode - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jacobs is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sagemode is defending well. Sagemode softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Sagemode stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
#T1# Sagemode lands a shoulder strike. #ROC2# Jacobs is rocked! A shot in the inside from Sagemode. Oh Jacobs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sagemode with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Sagemode lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jacobs circles away quickly and effectively. Sagemode throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sagemode cracks Jacobs on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Jacobs falls backwards against the cage. Sagemode follows up with more strikes that drop Jacobs to his knees. Sagemode keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Jacobs! This one is all over!

Careca shoots in looking for a takedown. Jacobs tries to sprawl out of it but Careca keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jacobs manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
