Turner with a lazy takedown attempt
and Dundee counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Dundee seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Dundee pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Turner back to the cage. Dundee follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Dundee lands a jab.
Dundee lands a nice hook to Turner's body. Turner takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Dundee throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Turner on the side of the head.
Turner shoots for a double leg takedown but Dundee sprawls well. He's pushed Turner's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Turner drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dundee defends it well.

Turner's coach down at Tycoon Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Turner's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Yamaguchi feints a jab promting Dundee to slip. Yamaguchi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Dundee slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Dundee uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Yamaguchi has time to react.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Daiki Yamaguchi will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dundee stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dundee wants it to stay on the feet.
