#R1# Hobson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. A slow jab from Pingris misses its intended target. Hobson swings for the body but Pingris moves out of range.
#CL# Hobson clinches up against the cage.#BC# Hobson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. #CL# Hobson moves into the clinch. Pingris tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Pingris throws an elbow but it misses.
Pingris wants to stall.
Pingris tries to work over Hobson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Hobson lands a hook that snaps the head of Pingris backwards. Pingris takes a shot to the head. #CUT# It looks like Mark Pingris has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A right hand to the body from Hobson.

Pingris looks winded!#T1# Hobson creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Pingris's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Pingris drops to his knees and Hobson pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

#R1# Rogers Nelson lands with a cross. #CUT# It looks like Mark Pingris has been cut. Nice shot lands for Pingris. Pingris tries a head kick but it misses.
Pingris looks to score with a jab to the body but Rogers Nelson is just out of range. Prince Rogers Nelson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pingris ducks right into an uppercut from Rogers Nelson. Rogers Nelson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. That kick from Pingris tenderised Rogers Nelson's leg. Rogers Nelson is trying to keep his angry face on. Pingris looks up at the clock. Bad move! Rogers Nelson lands a right hand from hell, dropping Pingris. Rogers Nelson pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
