#R1##TD# Woodward scores with a takedown into Soendergaard's guard.#ES2# Soendergaard is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Woodward presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Soendergaard.#TD# Woodward ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Woodward no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. #SUB# Woodward is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Soendergaard defends well. Soendergaard wants to control from the top but Woodward keeps moving. Woodward will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Delim goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.#CL# Woodward closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. #TD# Woodward manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Woodward has a closed guard, preventing Delim from standing up. Woodward trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Delim has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Woodward is proving hard to escape from. #SU2# Delim gets to his feet - Woodward follows without any prompting. A combination from Delim does no damage. Delim lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Delim. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Delim lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. #T1# Delim throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Woodward shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Delim pinned against the cage. Delim gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Delim misses with a few strikes there.
Woodward seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Delim misses with a two punch combination.
Delim thuds his right hand into Woodward's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Delim leaves Woodward with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Delim throws a series of strikes that have Woodward backpedaling.
Delim stalks Woodward and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Woodward's face. Woodward staggers backwards, shaken. Delim lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Marlon Delim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Delim!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Delim swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
