Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Youri Boyka and Daniel Carneiro. Chooooooooon! I think Boyka might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "So Close Now". Carneiro is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Rasmus - In the Shadows. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Youri Boyka! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Helsinki, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Daniel Carneiro! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Carneiro avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boyka moves into the clinch. Carneiro pulls guard effortlessly. Carneiro tries to land a sweep but no joy. Boyka content to stall in guard here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carneiro has control of Boyka's left arm, preventing Boyka from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boyka postures up.
Boyka got a little sloppy there for a moment and Carneiro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Boyka has managed to get both his arms back between Carneiro's legs - danger averted. Boyka wants to control from the top but Carneiro keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carneiro working for a triangle but Boyka defends it easily.
Carneiro has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Boyka can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Carneiro is looking to cinch up a triangle. Boyka throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Carneiro's body to avoid the submission. Carneiro has instead reached around Boyka's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Carneiro arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kaliprapon is working Boyka over against the cage. Oh Boyka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kaliprapon pushes Boyka against the cage and as Boyka bounces back, Kaliprapon cracks him with a massive overhand right that sends him crashing to the mat! Kaliprapon follows up with more strikes but Boyka was out from that first, devastating punch! Wow!

#R1# Boyka dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kaliprapon. That did some damage! Boyka lands a head kick. Kaliprapon smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Nice body kick there by Boyka. Boyka looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kaliprapon tries to clinch up. Kaliprapon takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Boyka connects with an inside leg kick. Boyka throws a leg kick which misses Kaliprapon's front leg but catches the back leg as Kaliprapon tries to avoid it. #CL2# Kaliprapon drives through and clinches with Boyka against the cage.
Boyka misses with a short punch on the inside. Boyka lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kaliprapon backwards. A quick uppercut on the inside from Kaliprapon. This has been an exciting period of action! Kaliprapon avoids the elbow strike from Boyka, against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Boyka. A head punch on the inside from Boyka fails to land. Kaliprapon works on Boyka's body with a couple of short punches. Boyka lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kaliprapon backwards. Kaliprapon lands with a short punch from the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kaliprapon creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Boyka with a big uppercut! Boyka tries to clinch up but Kaliprapon pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Boyka to the mat! Boyka covers up and Kaliprapon unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
