The Giant tries to clinch up.
Blocka is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.#TD2#
Blocka feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The Giant is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Blocka dives into side control.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Blocka is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. The Giant is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. The Giant flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Blocka anticipates the leg and manages to get behind The Giant and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Blocka slips an arm under The Giant chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Blocka has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Blocka is squeezing on The Giant like an anaconda would it's prey. The Giant fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

That kick from Thomas tenderised The Giant's leg. The Giant is trying to keep his angry face on.
The Giant has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Thomas comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Thomas moves in looking to clinch but The Giant pushes him off.
The Giant throws a body punch but Thomas moves out of range.
The Giant is breathing heavily.
The Giant tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Thomas manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Garcia fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches The Giant on the side of the head.
Garcia lands with a nice combination. The Giant backs away looking to recover.
Garcia lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Garcia.
Garcia misses with a hook. The Giant ducked under it nicely.
Garcia misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Garcia doesn't manage to clinch there - The Giant circles away.

Garcia fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. The Giant looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Garcia tries to clinch up but The Giant pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Garcia to the mat! Garcia covers up and The Giant unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
