#R1# Guard throws a jab but it's blocked by Gregory. No joy there for Gregory, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gregory throws a right hand that Guard ducks under and follows up with a left that Guard also avoids with ease. Gregory really is a fat lump. Gregory takes one on the button. Gregory shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Gregory wants to clinch up but Guard keeps it at a distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gregory doesn't succeed with the takedown letting Guard counter with a right hand. #T1# The fighters circling - Guard throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Gregory throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gregory throws a poor cross that misses
and Guard counters with a nice uppercut. Gregory throws a head kick that misses and Guard counters with a lovely straight right hand! Gregory throws a sloppy head kick and Guard counters with a stiff right hand. Gregory misses with a lunging right hand
and Guard counters with a straight right hand. Guard jabbing away but nothing is landing. #T2# Guard misses with a straight right. Gregory tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A head kick by Gregory misses and Guard counters with a straight right hand. Gregory walks into a jab. Gregory throws a lazy body kick enabling Guard to counter with a crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gregory staying out of range there. Gregory is looking for a counter combo. Guard throws a hook but Gregory blocks it. Gregory throws a sloppy head kick and Gregory takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #T3# Guard waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gregory. Ceste Guard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gregory dives in for a single leg takedown but Guard sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dwayne Gregory. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gregory misses with a takedown attempt #KD2# and Guard counters with a right hand that sends Gregory tumbling to the canvas! Can Guard finish him? He dives into Gregory's guard looking to do just that!#ROC2# Gregory is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Dwayne Gregory has been cut. Gregory is breathing heavily. Guard trying to stand up but can't free himself from Gregory's guard.#SUB# Gregory working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Guard doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Guard manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Gregory has a closed guard, preventing Guard from standing up. #T4# Gregory throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. #SUB# Gregory working for a triangle but Guard defends it easily.
We've been informed that Guard has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#SUB# Guard got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gregory has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Guard has managed to get both his arms back between Gregory's legs - danger averted. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ceste Guard dominated that round. The cut man is working on Dwayne Gregory's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. #R2# Guard looks to land a right hand but Gregory moved out of range. Dwayne Gregory is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gregory misses with a takedown and Guard counters with a lovely straight right hand! Guard has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Gregory misses with a takedown attempt and Guard counters with a nice uppercut. Guard with a nice cross. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gregory gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Guard connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dwayne Gregory. That's going to take a lot out of him. Guard steps in with a hook that catches Gregory right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Guard follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Gregory looks absolutely devastated.

#R1# A cross from Guard lands.#CUT2# It looks like Ryan Riggs has been cut. Riggs shoots in and drives through. Guard sprawls well. Guard looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Riggs misses with a takedown and Riggs takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Riggs misses with a takedown attempt and Riggs takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Riggs. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD# Riggs changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Guard looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Riggs lands a decent elbow from side control. Riggs creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Guard sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. The strikes coming from Riggs are missing the target in this wave of attacks. The ground and pound from Riggs seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Riggs is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Guard will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Riggs cracks Guard with an elbow. That is naaassty. Riggs working the ground and pound from side control.#T1# Riggs creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Guard being controlled for a moment. Guard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Riggs. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Riggs tries to score with some ground and pound. Guard controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Riggs just content to control the position. Riggs throwing shots but missing, from side control. Riggs works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Guard looks winded! Riggs trying to control the action but Guard is working from the bottom. Riggs looks up at the clock and then as Guard takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Riggs smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Riggs has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#T2# Riggs lands a strong strike to the head of Guard. That's dazed him! Riggs looking to finish here. Guard is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Riggs lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

#R1# Guard connects with a jab. Boyko gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Boyko takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Guard stuffs the takedown. The crowd cheers as Guard lands an impressive looking overhand right. Boyko doesn't seem phased though. Boyko tries to clinch up but Guard circles away and keeps his distance. Guard was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Boyko has his takedown stuffed and Guard counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ceste Guard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pavlo Boyko. Boyko tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Guard defends well and Boyko ends up having to push Guard into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boyko tries for a takedown but Guard circles away easily and Guard counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pavlo Boyko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Guard scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.#T1# A telegraphed takedown attempt from Boyko is defended easily by Guard. Guard was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Boyko takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Boyko fails with the takedown and Guard counters with a nice uppercut. Boyko gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Guard. Boyko gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Boyko tries to clinch but Guard moves away enabling Guard to counter with a crisp jab. #T2# Boyko on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Boyko looks winded! Boyko fails with the takedown and Guard counters with a lovely straight right hand! A cross from Guard lands. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Boyko looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Guard is fending him off so far but Boyko persists. Nope, Guard circles away and we're back to standing. Nice cross by Guard. Guard is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. A jab lands there for Guard.#ROC# Boyko is rocked! Guard cracks Boyko on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Boyko falls backwards against the cage. Guard follows up with more strikes that drop Boyko to his knees. Guard keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Boyko! This one is all over!
