Meller throws a solid leg kick but Clay takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Meller. Clay checks a leg kick. Clay swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.#CL2# Meller clinches up with Clay and pushes him back against the cage. Meller has Clay pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Clay manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. #BC# Clay's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. No luck with that takedown attempt from Clay. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Meller fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Clay to the ground. Meller is now in Clay's guard.
