He's pushed Charles's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lebowski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Charles. Charles is looking for a counter combo. Lebowski misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lebowski connects with a combination that backs up Charles into the cage. Lebowski lands a flurry of punches that gets past Charles's guard. Charles is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Lebowski bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Charles escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Charles dodges the punch combination from Teijeira.

Charles is trying to keep his angry face on.#TD# Charles bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Charles trying to control the action but Aniquilador is working from the bottom. Charles could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Aniquilador wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Charles working the ground and pound. Charles postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Aniquilador pushes Charles away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Charles gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Aniquilador is positioning himself to get back to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Charles throws an elbow but Aniquilador slips to the side and avoids it well. Aniquilador is looking for a sweep. Charles is looking to take a break and control but Aniquilador is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #T1# Aniquilador is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Aniquilador's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Aniquilador tries to bench press Charles off him but Charles keeps the position. Charles is trying to maintain a safe position but Kirmayr gets an underhook and turns Charles into the cage. Charles drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kirmayr pulls his leg out and moves away.

#R1# BK throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Charles stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Charles bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Charles throws a counter high kick but BK was just alert enough to avoid it. Nice cross by BK. BK fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. BK looks to land a right hand but Charles moved out of range.#TD# BK gets caught napping as Charles dives in and scores a takedown. BK manages to retain guard. Charles works over BK with some ground and pound from guard. Charles stays in close to BK's body and controls the position. Charles stands up over BK, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Charles is stalling in the full guard. BK has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Charles is working away from the top position though. Charles is taking a breather. BK says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Charles seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Charles looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks BK with a short hammerfist. Back to the action. This is the final round! #R3# BK getting the better of the striking in that exchange. BK scores with a jab to the body. BK lands with a nice body punch. Nice uppercut there from BK. Jab from BK. BK connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Charles keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. BK swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.#TD# Charles changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. BK looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. BK wants to get back to his feet but Charles is dominant here and he's now got BK's back! This has been an exciting period of action! I really don't envy BK right now.

#R1# A good leg kick by Soares. Soares darts in looking for a takedown but Charles gets double underhooks and turns Soares into the cage. #CL2# Soares rushes Charles and presses him up against the cage.#TD# Charles has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Soares uses from the top position. Soares slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Charles managing to control the position. Charles being controlled here, momentarily. Soares is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#SUB2# Soares is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Soares throws a push kick but Charles slaps the foot to one side. Soares moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.#T4# Soares shoots and misses and Charles counters with a flying knee. Nice. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Charles crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Soares - the referee stops the clock and Charles gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Soares. Charles manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Soares! Charles is out on his feet! Soares rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Charles is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Charles is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
