#R1# Svendsen is looking to clinch. We've been told by Balor's head coaches at Fighter Haven that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Svendsen misses with a double jab.
Svendsen shoots for a takedown but Balor saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Balor fails with a takedown attempt. Svendsen scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Balor shoots for a double leg takedown but Svendsen sprawls well. He's pushed Balor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Svendsen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Balor is trying hard to land a takedown here. Svendsen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Svendsen with the counter takedown but Balor avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Finn Balor. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Balor slaps away a takedown attempt from Svendsen, before circling back to the center of the mat. Svendsen throws a head kick that misses. Balor is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Svendsen tries to score a body lock takedown but Balor shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Finn Balor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cosma Svendsen is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Balor is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Svendsen is defending well for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Cosma Svendsen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Svendsen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Finn Balor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Black fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Balor throws a left and a right that both miss
and Black counters with a thumping low kick. Black throws a jab but it's blocked by Balor. Balor is looking to counter the offense by Black and move into the clinch. Balor walks into a left hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A punch lands to the side of Balor 's head but he takes it in his stride. Black scores with a shot to the body.

A nice side step and Black releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Balor shoots in for a takedown but Black shows good takedown defense. Black keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Balor is breathing heavily.#T2# This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Black is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Balor working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Black looking for a sweep. Not yet Black, not yet. Black being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Black pulls Balor in to control the position. Balor stopping the sweep attempt from Black. We'll restart on the feet.#T3# Balor with a poor takedown and Black counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Balor thinking. Black tests Balor's chin there with a solid looking shot. Black throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Balor takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Black scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Balor doesn't seem bothered though. Balor takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Black lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Black throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Balor stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Black fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Balor tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.#T4# This has been an exciting period of action! Black fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Balor has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Decent striking displayed by Black there. A good leg kick by Black. A nice leg kick lands there from Black. Balor takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Black is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Balor rather than just go for the knockout. Balor pulls out of a head kick attempt.

#ROC2# Balor is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Finn Balor has been cut. A shot to the liver by Black. Beautiful body shot. Oh Balor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Black drops Balor with a straight right hand, right on the button! Black follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Benson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Balor is fending him off so far but Benson persists. Nope, Balor circles away and we're back to standing. Benson has his takedown stuffed and Balor counters with a big head kick but Benson shrugs it off. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eliseo Benson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Balor lands a brutal head kick. Benson looks out on his feet and Balor throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Rutledge is trying to control Balor's posture but Balor avoids it. Balor landing a few strikes. #ROC2# Rutledge is rocked!#SUB2# Balor is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Rutledge looks calm but he's in trouble here. Balor gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Rutledge is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Balor lets go of the hold and Rutledge can pop his arm back in it's socket.
