That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

#R1# Kenda gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Machado cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.#TD# Kenda scores with a takedown into Machado's guard. Kenda stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Machado swivels though and keeps the full guard. Machado pulls Kenda in close to prevent any damage. Machado bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kenda's guard. #REVB# We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Machado makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Kenda not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. #T1# Machado content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Machado passes to full mount! #T2# Machado lands with some strikes. Machado lands a couple of good shots and Kenda has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Kenda is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Machado.

#R1# Galileo connects with a crisp jab. Kenda looks to clinch and Galileo counters with a straight right hand. Kenda gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Galileo . Galileo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.#ROC2# Kenda is rocked! Kenda has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Galileo . Kenda looks to land a body kick but Galileo moved away. Galileo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

and Galileo counters with a right hand to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Galileo cracks Kenda with a hook to the temple - Kenda is on wobbly legs here! Galileo swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kenda falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Galileo wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sao Galileo ! Sao Galileo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

#R1# Mann rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kenda moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Carter Mann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kenda uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mann. Mann throws a right hand that Kenda ducks under and follows up with a left that Kenda also avoids with ease. Mann looks to land a left hand but Kenda moved out of range nicely. Mann throws a right and a left that both miss.#CL# Kenda darts in and clinches Mann up against the cage. Kenda is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
#TD2# Mann wants the takedown. Kenda is fighting it off but Mann persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kenda's guard against the cage. Kenda is trying to control the position from the bottom.

#R1# Kenda throws a shot from downtown. Chartier moves away and avoids it. Kenda fails with the takedown. A little feinted left hand from Chartier on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Kenda throws a head kick but Chartier moves out of range.
Chartier looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Kenda shoots in looking for a takedown but Chartier manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kenda's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Chartier lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Kenda misses with a body kick. Chartier looks to land a right hand but Kenda moved out of range. And Kenda tries to counter it with a takedown but Chartier pushes his down on his head and steps out. Chartier is breathing heavily.
