Ware lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Ware lands a big right hand that sends Carmo crashing to the mat! Ware stays standing though and waves Carmo back to his feet!
Carmo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Carmo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ware changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ware lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Carmo falls backwards - clearly groggy! Ware dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marcus Ware!

Rush avoids the body shot from Ware.

Ware feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rush sprawling to the canvas! Rush rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ware finish him?! #CUT2#
It looks like Kevin Rush has been cut.
Marcus Ware seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ware comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Rush gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Ware points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Rush wakes up just in time to hear Ware thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
