Wilmot looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Pettis lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. A punch combination from Wilmot misses. Pettis scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Pettis thuds his right hand into Wilmot's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Pettis lands a jab to Wilmot's midsection. Wilmot is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pettis throws a right and a left that Wilmot avoids nicely. Pettis comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.#KD2# Pettis cracks Wilmot with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Wilmot looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Pettis finish him?

#R1# Pettis loads up on a big right hand but Hawk slips the punch. Hawk throws a push kick but Pettis slaps the foot to one side. Pettis looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Pettis with a jab. Pettis changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Hawk takes one to the side of the head.
Hawk shoots in but Pettis avoids the takedown attempt easily. Hawk ducks under a wild hook from Pettis. Hawk really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hawk just misses with a punch to the body.

Pettis stays standing though and waves Hawk back to his feet! Oh Hawk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rezzkey is pushing Pettis up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pettis doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Rezzkey jumps guard but Pettis stands there with Rezzkey around his waist. Rezzkey gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rezzkey tries to get out of the position. Pettis trying to control the position from guard on top but Rezzkey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rezzkey trying to control the position here. #SUB# Rezzkey is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pettis defends well. Rezzkey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pettis's guard. #REVR# Rezzkey seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T2# Rezzkey working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Pettis's head. Rezzkey is stalling in the full guard. Rezzkey pushes down on Pettis's leg and manages to get into half guard. Pettis looks winded! Pettis is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rezzkey scores with a couple of nice shots. Rezzkey has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Rezzkey controlling the position easily from mount. #T3# Rezzkey lands a couple of good shots and Pettis has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Rezzkey scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.

Pettis is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

This one might not go much longer!#CUT# It looks like Phuque Mainus has been cut. Mainus thuds his right hand into Pettis's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mainus connects with a crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pettis scores with a decent looking hook. Pettis moves away from the strike by Mainus. Pettis cracks Mainus with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.#ROC# Mainus is rocked! Pettis throws a pinpoint strike between Mainus's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Mainus crashing to the floor!
