Towler pulls Black in close to his closed guard and prevents Black from doing any damage or advancing position.
Black looking to sit in guard and control but Towler gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR#
Black looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Towler puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Black has eaten all the pies!
Black has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Towler is working away from the top position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Towler seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Black for as long as he can get away with.

Black looks to score with a jab to the body but Towler is just out of range.
Black takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Black misses with a straight left.
Towler seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Towler keeps the fight on the outside.
Black pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Towler back to the cage. Black follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.#CUT2#

Towler shoots in and gets a takedown into Black's guard.
Towler lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Towler won't allow Black to get back to his feet.
Towler not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Towler will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Black tries to roll over but Towler keeps him under control.
Black should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Black has hold of Towler's hands but Towler slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
