#R1# Laugh tries for a takedown but Theold sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Laugh closes the distance and clinches up with Theold, looking for a takedown. Laugh pushes Theold against the cage but Theold circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Theold shoots in for a double leg but Laugh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Laugh went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Theold tries to clinch but Laugh moves away and Laugh counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Theold has his takedown stuffed and Laugh counters with a one-two to the body. Theold doesn't succeed with the takedown and Laugh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Esidem Laugh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nestor Theold. Laugh scores with a jab to the body.#CL2# Theold gets a clinch. Laugh lands a nice knee to the body. Theold looks winded! Well I reckon that's a shut out for Laugh, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Theold showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Theold lands a couple of elbows. Theold trying to control but Whytefalcon is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Whytefalcon is on top in guard.

Theold gets slowly back to his feet. Theold misses with a takedown attempt and Wallace counters with a left to the body. Wallace shoots for a double leg takedown but Theold sprawls well. He's pushed Wallace's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nestor Theold has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD# Theold fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wallace sprawls well initially but Theold persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Wallace is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Theold is figuring out what he wants to do next. Wallace is trying to control but can't.
#T1# Theold perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Theold is keen to just control but Wallace is a slippery customer. Nestor Theold overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.#SUB# Theold is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wallace doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Theold. Theold works his way into full mount! Wallace working to try and regain half guard.
#T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Wallace wants to hold on but Theold pushes him away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wallace is bucking up trying to escape but Theold cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Theold controlling the pace for now. Theold is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wallace can do to turn this around? Theold sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Theold breaks from Wallace's wrist control and lands an elbow. Theold lands with some strikes. Theold takes a little breather and maintains the position. Wallace trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Theold is looking to control Wallace but Wallace is wriggling around and keeping busy. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! #R3# Theold's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Theold duly obliges. Theold tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Nice uppercut lands for Wallace. That snapped Theold's head back.
Wallace shoots in and drives through. Theold sprawls well. Nestor Theold is winning the standup battle so far.#CL# Theold moves into the clinch. Wallace throws a punch but it's blocked by Theold. Wallace struggles to land a body shot inside as Theold controls his hands.

Wallace takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Theold is adopting a defensive guard. Theold's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.#T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Theold looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wallace is one step ahead there. Theold seems keen to control Wallace's posture.#T3##SU2# Wallace gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Wallace tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Theold manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Horrible takedown attempt by Theold or perhaps it was just good defense by Wallace, which made it look bad. #CL# Theold takes the fight into the clinch. Theold goes for a takedown in the clinch but Wallace prevents it.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nestor Theold. That's going to take a lot out of him. Theold stalls. #T4##TD# Theold gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. #ES2# Wallace pushes Theold off and scrambles back to his feet.
#TD2# Theold gets caught napping as Wallace dives in and scores a takedown. Theold manages to retain guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!#ES# Theold has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Wallace off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Sir Wallace has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Decent striking displayed by Theold there. Theold lands with a kick to the temple. Wallace shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Wallace scores with a kick to the body.
Wallace goes for a double leg but Theold avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Theold continues to drive forward. Nestor Theold is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Wallace waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Theold.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nestor Theold. Well Theold has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
