#R1# Nice uppercut lands for Myres. That snapped Paul's head back.
Paul throws a shot from downtown. Myres moves away and avoids it. Paul misses with a few strikes there.
Myres is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Myres lands with an overhand left. Myres misses with a two punch combination.
Paul rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Myres moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Paul just misses with a punch to the body.
#KD# Myres drops Paul with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Paul looks back up at him and smiles so Myres waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
#ROC# Paul is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Myres has a takedown stuffed. Paul is still on wobbly legs! Can Myres finish him? Paul misses with a combination
and Myres rattles Paul with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Paul tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Myres dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Paul stiff and motionless on the mat!

#R1# Shreve Jr changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Paul throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Paul looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Paul takes a swing at Shreve Jr's ribcage but misses. Paul misses with a few strikes there.
A jab from Shreve Jr does it's job there. Shreve Jr closes the distance and lands a one-two. Shreve Jr scoring well with a low kick there.
Shreve Jr looks to score with a jab to the body but Paul is just out of range.#CL2# Shreve Jr drives through and clinches with Paul against the cage.
Shreve Jr throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Pauls head. Shreve Jr misses with some punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Shreve Jr lands with a light punch inside. #ROC2# Paul is rocked! An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Shreve Jr. Oh Paul is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Paul blocks an uppercut.

Shreve Jr looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Shreve Jr creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Paul with a big uppercut! Paul tries to clinch up but Shreve Jr pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Paul to the mat! Paul covers up and Shreve Jr unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

#R1# Sloppy strikes from Paul. Those never looked like landing. Powell is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Paul. Powell slips under a jab from Paul. Sloppy strikes from Paul. Those never looked like landing. Paul shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Powell defends it nicely. Paul throws a nice looking combination but Powell bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Powell tries to counter by clinching up but Paul breaks away and moves out of range. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Powell checks a leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Paul scores with a nice strike. Paul throws a push kick but Powell slaps the foot to one side. Powell shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Paul as he jumps to the side. Paul throws a counter combo. Paul looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#T1# Powell shoots in and drives through. Paul sprawls well.#CL2# Paul closes the distance and clinches. Powell stalling against the cage.
The referee calls for Paul to work.
Powell has a couple of punches blocked by Paul.
#BC2# Paul breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Paul swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Powell.#CUT2# It looks like Emmitt Powell has been cut. Powell shoots in but Paul avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Emmitt Powell. That's going to take a lot out of him. Paul misses with a series of wild punches.
#T2# Paul catches Powell with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Didier Paul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD2# Powell gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Paul to score an easy takedown into full guard. Powell really is a fat lump. Powell is pulling down on Paul's head. It's preventing any offense from Paul, at least for the moment. Powell is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Paul is stalling in the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T3# Paul wants to control from the top but Powell keeps moving. Paul throws an elbow that misses. Powell uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Paul's guard. Nice move by Powell!#REVR# Powell is in close to Paul's body, working some short punches and elbows. Powell with a flurry of punches that miss. #SU# Powell decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Paul, up you get! Paul will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
As Paul tries to get set, Powell tries to push him back and clinch up but Paul manages to avoid the attempt.#T4# Paul moves into range and connects with a jab. Paul misses with a double jab
#TD# and Powell counters with a shoot takedown. Paul fights it but they end up in guard. #SU# Powell decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Paul moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Powell doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Paul fails to land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Paul, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Didier Paul dominated that round. The cut man is working on Emmitt Powell's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! #R2# Powell wants to clinch. Powell takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.#KD2# Paul lands a big uppercut and Powell crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Powell looks OK. Paul waves Powell back to his feet!#ROC2# Powell is rocked! Powell misses with a takedown and Paul makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Oh Powell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Paul is stalking Powell. Powell circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Paul, and it's lights out! Powell really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Didier Paul! In his post fight interview, Didier Paul started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

#R1# Anderson shoots in for a takedown but Paul shows good takedown defense. Paul works over Anderson's head and body with a nice combination.#CUT2# It looks like Roscoe Anderson has been cut. Paul tries to bum rush Anderson with a series of wild strikes but Anderson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.#KD2# Oooooh!!! Paul has knocked Anderson down with a huge combo! Paul steps away and waves a wobbly Anderson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Anderson slips a jab and a cross from Paul.
Paul throws a push kick but Anderson slaps the foot to one side. Paul misses with the combination.

Anderson presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Anderson stalling in the clinch but Paul improves position. #BC# Anderson manages to break the clinch.
