Well I reckon that's a shut out for James, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Alot can do anything to dispel that myth. James in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Alot striking off his back but it's not causing James any problems. James throws an elbow that misses. Alot uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in James's guard. Nice move by Alot!#REVB# James is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.#T1# Alot throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as James works some decent striking defense from the bottom. James could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Alot is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. James is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Alot is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
