#R1# Williams pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Pratt lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Williams fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Pratt. Williams throws a sloppy head kick and Pratt moves out of range easily. Pratt leaves Williams with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.#TD2# Pratt closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Williams quickly recovers to half guard. Pratt content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Pratt missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pratt with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Pratt missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Williams is out but the ref is slow to react and Pratt lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Williams lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.

Pratt seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Fillipe won't allow Pratt to get back to his feet. #SUB2# Pratt working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fillipe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fillipe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Fillipe controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Fillipe misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
