Porgie throws a right hand that Palmer ducks under and follows up with a left that Palmer also avoids with ease. Porgie throws a wild body kick that Palmer sees coming a mile off. Porgie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Palmer changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Porgie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Palmer throws out the jab. Porgie fails with a takedown attempt. Palmer loads up on a big right hand but Porgie slips the punch. Soloman Palmer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Palmer throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Palmer throws a leg kick that misses. A combination from Porgie does no damage. Palmer misses with a looping left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Palmer gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Palmer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Porgie definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Porgie. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Georgie Porgie. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Porgie looks like he's trying to stand up.

#R1##CL2# Porgie clinches up against the cage. A short right hand to the side of the head by De Angelico. De Angelico lands an elbow that stopped Porgie in his tracks for a moment. De Angelico prevents Porgie from breaking the clinch.#BC# De Angelico's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Porgie throws a body shot but no joy. De Angelico tests Porgie's chin there with a solid looking shot. De Angelico misses with a few strikes there.
Porgie closes the distance and clinches up with De Angelico, looking for a takedown. Porgie pushes De Angelico against the cage but De Angelico circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Porgie displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from De Angelico. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Porgie throws a body kick that misses. #CL# De Angelico rushes Porgie and presses him up against the cage. De Angelico jumps guard but Porgie turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. With the two fighters working up against the cage, De Angelico just misses with a elbow thrown towards Porgie's brow. #T1##BC# De Angelico breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Porgie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. De Angelico tries to avoid it but Porgie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag De Angelico to the ground. De Angelico escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A looping hook to the body misses from De Angelico. Porgie does a little dance to reset his feet. Porgie misses with a takedown attempt - De Angelico sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Gabriel De Angelico has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Georgie Porgie. De Angelico scores to the head and body with a nice combination!#ROC# Porgie is rocked! De Angelico lands a brutal uppercut that launches Porgie off his feet! Porgie tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Schmidt avoids the head kick by Porgie.
Schmidt unleashes a big counter combination but Porgie bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. A right-left combo lands from Schmidt. Porgie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Schmidt defends well and Porgie ends up having to push Schmidt into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#CL# Porgie forces Schmidt back against the cage and clinches.#BC# Porgie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#KD2# Schmidt lands a left and a right that send Porgie crashing to the mat, dazed. Schmidt thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2# Porgie is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Schmidt works Porgie's body with a nice hook. Oh Porgie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Schmidt plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Porgie swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Porgie face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

#SU# Turner stands up from guard. Let's bang! Porgie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Turner tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Porgie manages to circle out of the way. Porgie ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Turner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Porgie! But no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Turner fails in his attempt to clinch. Porgie misses with a series of wild punches.

Porgie throws a big right hand that misses. #T1# Johns keeping moving, preventing Porgie from controlling successfully. #SUB2# Porgie has gone for a leg lock! Johns slips out almost immediately though and dives into Porgie's guard.#REVR# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#ES2# Porgie pushes Johns off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Decker misses with a short punch on the inside. #TD2# Porgie has clasped his hands together around Decker's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Decker tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Porgie with shots to the head and body - Decker looks very uncomfortable down there. #CUT2# It looks like Mose Decker has been cut. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Porgie cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Decker has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Decker trying to control the position but Porgie manages to sink in the hooks. You can see the frustration on Decker's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Porgie passes Rivera's left leg - he's now in half guard. Rivera is trying to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Porgie thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Porgie seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rivera does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #T1# Rivera trying to control here but he's found himself mounted!
