Cowell pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Flanagan tumbling to the mat - Cowell dives into Flanagan's guard. Flanagan is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Cowell dives into side control.

Tom should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Tom is looking for a sweep.
