Veenis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Maximov shoots in and gets a takedown into Veenis's guard.
Veenis wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Maximov manages to pass to side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#REVR#
Maximov is trying to control the action in half guard but Veenis is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
