Billie shoots for a double leg takedown but The Axe sprawls well. He's pushed Billie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Billie tries a head kick but it misses.
The Axe stuffs the takedown attempt from Billie. Billie gets slowly back to his feet.
The Axe tries to clinch but Billie is having none of it.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Billie, as that shot connected.
The Axe tries to close the distance and clinch up but Billie swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A little feinted left hand from Billie on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
The Axe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and The Axe wants it to stay on the feet.
The Axe looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robbie Billie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
