David tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Gaylord keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Gaylord lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gaylord fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#T1# David shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gaylord pinned against the cage. Gaylord gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Gaylord is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.#TD# David closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Both fighters are breathing heavily.#T2# Gaylord is trying to control David's posture but David avoids it. Gaylord has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Gaylord bucks up and tries to throw David off but instead David has got his back! David is riding his opponent, not letting Gaylord buck him off. David avoiding Gaylord 's attempts to control his hands. #T3##ES2# Gaylord manages to stand up with David still on his back. Eventually David drops to his feet and we're back in the standing position. David slaps away a takedown attempt from Gaylord, before circling back to the center of the mat. David went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Gaylord looks to land a combination. David sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. David tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gaylord defends well and David ends up having to push Gaylord into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. As David backs off Gaylord throws a huge counter combo but David manages to avoid it all. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ian David. That's going to take a lot out of him.#T4# David with a poor takedown and Gaylord connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#CUT2# Ian David's cut is getting worse.#KD2# Gaylord drops David with a right and a left! Gaylord comes rushing in but David regains his composure and manages to keep Gaylord in guard.

Nigga Gaylord is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Oh David is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!#TD2# Gaylord shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! David is on queer street and Gaylord is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Nigga Gaylord! Nigga Gaylord spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
