Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Ken Aokison and Ben Richards. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ben Richards was going to win. Let's see if he was right.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Ken Aokison! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Ben Richards! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Aokison pushes Richards up against the cage in a clinch. Richards tries for a takedown but Aokison manages to get underhooks.

Aokison pulls guard. Aokison is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Richards works a leg free and moves into half guard. Aokison's coaches at Broken Halo's -Temple of Illumination have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Aokison wants to control but Richards is keeping busy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Aokison is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Richards pulls his head out easily. Aokison can't keep hold of the triangle and Richards manages to pass to side control! Aokison shoots in for a double leg but Che sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.#TD# Che fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Aokison sprawls well initially but Che persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Aokison moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Che has his hands clasped together but Aokison extends and breaks Che's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar!
