Jarvis connects with a couple of short punches. Wilson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jarvis postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Jarvis content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Wilson working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Jarvis has passed into half guard!

#R1# No joy there for Stiebler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stiebler throws a right hand that Jarvis ducks under and follows up with a left that Jarvis also avoids with ease. It looked like Jarvis wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Jarvis dodges the punch combination from Stiebler.
Stiebler shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jarvis eats them both and turns towards Stiebler to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Jarvis moves forwards but Stiebler connects with a nice, crisp jab. Stiebler throws a series of punches but Jarvis avoids them all with ease. Jarvis throws a big counter combination but Stiebler scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Stiebler throws a leg kick but Jarvis checks it. A counter left hand to the body from Jarvis misses its target. Stiebler misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stiebler looks to land a combination but Jarvis avoids it well. Stiebler should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Stiebler throws a right hand that Jarvis ducks under and follows up with a left that Jarvis also avoids with ease. Good leg kick by Stiebler there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Stiebler manages to land in guard. Stiebler is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Jarvis dives into side control.

Byrne is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Jarvis has Byrne pulled in close to control his posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Byrne trying to control the position from guard on top but Jarvis is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Byrne is looking to stand up but Jarvis won't let him. Jarvis is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Byrne is looking to stand up but Jarvis won't let him. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.#T1##TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Byrne enables Jarvis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg.
