#R1# Max lands with a hook. White tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. #CUT2# It looks like Frederick White has been cut.#TD2# Max shoots in and gets a takedown into White's guard. White is looking to stand back up but Max counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by White. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#REVR##SU2# Max stands up from half guard. #TD2# Max closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. White did well to prevent Max getting side control. White manages to get to full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Max trying to control but White is working from the bottom. Max must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Max is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.#T1# Max stops White from standing up. White looking for a sweep. Not yet White, not yet. White is working hard here to advance position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. White is adopting a defensive guard. White wants to stand up but Max is controlling him. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.#ES# White pushes Max off and gets back to his feet.
White shoots in for a double leg but Max sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Max throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

#CL2# Max moves into the clinch.#TD# White pulls guard effortlessly. Max would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. White wants to stand and escape but Max is having none of it. Max preventing the sweep. White is controlling Max's posture. Max prevents White from getting back to his feet. #T3##ES# White manages to escape and get back to his feet.
#CL2# White tries to keep at a distance but Max has taken the fight into the clinch. White fails to pull the fight into his guard.
#TD# White drags the fight down to the ground.
White has control of Max's left arm, preventing Max from doing any damage. Max is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Max is looking to work some ground and pound but White has wrist control.#T4# White avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Max wants to control from the top but White keeps moving. White is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Max dives into side control.
#SUB2# Max working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. White is looking to regain half guard here but Max keeps moving and retains side control. White is trying to buck Max off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Robin Max will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Frederick White's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! #R2# White moves forwards but Max connects with a nice, crisp jab. Max pulls out of a head kick attempt.
#TD2# Max changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. White looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Max throws a strike aimed at the side of White's head but White avoids it well. Max laying and praying for a moment but White takes advantage and regains half guard. White is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Max is thwarting White's attempts to control the position. Max tries to stand but his hand is stuck under White. #T1# Max tries to pass the half guard into mount. White knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Max with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. White blocking the ground and pound attempt from Max. Max tries to stand but can't do so whilst White controls his leg. Frederick White overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. White is trying to stand up here but Max is controlling him well. White trying to control from the bottom.
Max is looking to take a break and control but White is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#CL2# Max clinches up against the cage.#T2# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.#TD# White has picked Max up - he's going for a ride! White dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Max tries to get to full guard but White has control of the leg. #SUB# White is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Max sees it coming and defends easily. White controlling the pace. #SUB# White seems to be working for a kimura but Max defends the submission attempt. Max strikes from the bottom but White uses the opportunity to move to side control.
#T3##SU# White stands up and beckons Max to his feet. #TD2# Max changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Max steps back and let's White get back to his feet. Max goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. White shoots in looking for a takedown. Max tries to sprawl out of it but White keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Max manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Max with the counter takedown but White avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robin Max showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Frederick White's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! #R3##TD2# Max shoots in and bounces White off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Max trying to control but White is working from the bottom. White has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White keeping full guard, as Max tries to pass. White might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Max trying to control but White is working from the bottom. #T1# White is controlling Max's posture. Max postures up in White's guard and throws a big left but White blocks it. White could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. White manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Max manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVR# White lands a couple of digs. Max has momentary wrist control but White slips an elbow through the middle. White landing some decent shots from guard. White is in close to Max's body, working some short punches and elbows. White postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.#T2# White lands a couple of decent looking shots.#SUB2# Max has his foot on White's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. White works his way back into a safe position though. Max trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! White working some strikes from top position. Max takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Max wants to sweep here but White controlling him for the moment. White lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#SU# White decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Max attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.#TD# White feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#T3# White postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. White with a nice head shot there. White scoring with some ground and pound. White chips away with some ground and pound. White would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. White is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. White connects with a couple of short punches. White distracts Max with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. White is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Max pulls White in close to prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T4##SUB# White drops back looking for a leg! Max is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Max manages to kick White off! White jumps back into Max's guard. White lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#SUB2# Max is looking for a triangle but White pushes his legs off easily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! White working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Max's head. Frederick White has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Robin Max is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. White lands a couple of elbows.
And that's the end of the fight! Frederick White showed his dominance in that final round. I think Max has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
