Vince clinches up against the ropes.
Vince scores with a nice hook to the head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Vince.
Vince gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Joesma.
Vince lands a shot to the body.
Vince is pressed up against the ropes. Joesma has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Vince down to the mat. Vince avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. #CL#
Vince moves into range and clinches up with Joesma.
Joesma looking for a takedown.
Arnold Vince has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Halfrid Joesma.
Joesma looks winded!
Vince digs a right hand into Joesma's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Joesma's gas tank.

Ruttenum defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Joesma.
As Joesma looks to move away, Ruttenum throws a big counter combo but Joesma just gets out of the way.
Joesma shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ruttenum sprawls well. Ruttenum wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Joesma gets slowly back to his feet.
Ruttenum swings for the body but Joesma moves out of range.
Joesma fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cain Ruttenum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Halfrid Joesma.
Nice shot by Ruttenum.
Ruttenum plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Joesma to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Joesma just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Parker throws a right and a left that Joesma avoids nicely.
Parker stuffs the takedown attempt from Joesma. Joesma gets slowly back to his feet.
Joesma tries for a takedown but Parker circles away easily
and Parker counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Joesma tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Parker defends well and Joesma ends up having to push Parker into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A counter left hand to the body from Parker misses its target.
Joseph Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Halfrid Joesma.
Joesma shoots for a double leg takedown but Parker sprawls well. He's pushed Joesma's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Joesma shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Parker as he avoids it easily.

and Parker counters with a one-two to the body.
Halfrid Joesma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Joesma shoots for a takedown but Parker saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Parker shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Joesma eats them both and turns towards Parker to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Parker lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Joesma is looking to close the distance but Parker sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Joesma crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Joesma is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Joseph Parker decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Ruttenum stalks Joesma and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Joesma's face. Joesma staggers backwards, shaken.
Ruttenum misses with a few strikes there.
Joesma looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Joesma with a poor takedown
enabling Ruttenum to counter with a crisp jab.
Ruttenum defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Joesma.

Ruttenum looks to land a combination but Joesma avoids it well.

Burgess takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Joesma lands a strong strike to the head of Burgess. That's dazed him! Joesma looking to finish here. Burgess is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Joesma lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

It looks like Dave Lowery has been cut.
Joesma gets to his feet and stands over Lowery, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Lowery felt that one! Joesma unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Lowery from any more punishment!

Joesma postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Lara covers up, he's hurt! Joesma keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Joesma and the ref steps in to end the fight! Joesma can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
