#R1##TD2# Corver shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Corver lands a nice short elbow. Corver landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Corver prevents Qwerty from standing back up.
Nice strikes from Corver there. Corver is nestled in close to Qwerty, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Corver takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Corver lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Qwerty wants to improve his position but Corver is controlling well.
Corver is nestled in close to Qwerty, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Corver works his way into side control. Qwerty tries to buck Corver off but Corver is having none of it.#T1# Corver controls the position.#SUB2# Corver is working to tighten his grip on Qwerty's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Qwerty has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Corver is really squeezing tight and eventually Qwerty passes out! Corver breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

#R1# Corver looks to land a left hand but Longmire moved out of range nicely. Corver looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. #TD# Corver shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Longmire napping and manages to drive through into side control! Longmire sneaks back into half guard. Corver passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Longmire! Corver sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Longmire is desperately trying to improve his position but Corver has a good base and remains in mount. Corver takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Longmire is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Corver sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Longmire is desperately trying to improve his position but Corver has a good base and remains in mount. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Corver cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Longmire keeps trying to improve his position.#T2# Corver putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Longmire takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Longmire is looking to improve his position but Corver isn't that keen on the idea. Corver lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Corver tries to control but Longmire wriggling away. Longmire tries to reverse the position but Corver maintains control. Corver is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Longmire can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Corver is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Corver drops an elbow to the side of Longmire's head. #SUB2# Longmire actively working from the bottom here. Longmire looks winded! Corver seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Corver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Longmire does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Corver working the head and body with strikes. Corver wants to lay and pray for a moment but Longmire keeps working. #T4##SUB2# Longmire looking for a kimura from the bottom but Corver passes into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Corver working the head with strikes. Longmire is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Corver is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Corver has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#SUB# Corver working for a guillotine from mount but Longmire is in no mood to give up. Corver scoring with strikes but Longmire is staying in there. Longmire tries to reverse the position but Corver maintains control. Corver has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Longmire's face.
#SUB# Corver is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Longmire can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Alex Corver dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! #R2# Longmire missing with a left hand there. Corver was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Corver loads up on a big right hand but Longmire slips the punch. Corver throws out a token jab with nothing on it.#KD2# Longmire lands a left and a right that send Corver crashing to the mat, dazed. Longmire thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2# Corver is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Alex Corver has been cut. Corver closes this distance looking for a takedown but Longmire circles away. Oh Corver is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Longmire engages and cracks Corver with a massive lead left hook - Corver tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Longmire is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
