We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. He has the arm isolated but Sane is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Vicious is looking for a triangle but Sane pushes his legs off easily.
Sane landing some decent shots from guard. Sane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vicious. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Vicious keeping moving, preventing Sane from controlling successfully. Sane content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Vicious had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sane defends it easily. Sane cracks Vicious with a solid left hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Vicious throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Sane escapes and throws Vicious's legs to the side, diving into side control! Sane wants to control but Vicious is keeping him busy. Vicious looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Sane is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.#T4# Sane lands a few punches from side control. Vicious seems a little lost for a moment, as Sane dominates the positioning. Sane landing a few strikes. Vicious is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sane connects with a decent elbow. Sane lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Vicious down.
#ROC2# Vicious is rocked! Vicious is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Sane is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Sane can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Vicious is looking to escape. Sane raining down hammerfists from mount. Oh Vicious is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Vicious takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Sane's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Justin Sane! Justin Sane gave a mention to Bare Knuckle Fisticuffs Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).

#R1##TD# Vicious gets caught napping as Johnson dives in and scores a takedown. Vicious manages to retain guard. Vicious looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Johnson is pushing down on Vicious's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vicious is fighting to maintain full guard but Johnson has managed to sneak the leg through. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson sitting and controlling from the half guard. Johnson lands with a punch from half guard. Johnson with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson is nestled in close to Vicious, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Johnson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#T1##SUB2# Vicious looking for submissions off his back. Johnson is nestled in close to Vicious, controlling him well. Johnson works his way into side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Vicious on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Vicious prevents Johnson from improving position. Vicious is looking to regain half guard here but Johnson keeps moving and retains side control. Johnson advances to full mount. #T2# Johnson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Johnson lands a big shot there that rocks Vicious but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

#R1# Lifemon feints a jab promting Vicious to slip. Lifemon then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Vicious slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Vicious looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! A looping hook to the body misses from Lifemon. Vicious does a little dance to reset his feet. Vicious tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Lifemon scores with a nice right hand.
#TD2# Vicious shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Vicious was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Lifemon tries to buck Vicious off but Vicious is having none of it.#SUB2# Vicious working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. #SUB2# Vicious working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Lifemon tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Vicious cranks the arm and Lifemon screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Lifemon, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
