Lovelair has Diaz pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Diaz is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Lovelair - that's hurt Diaz badly! Oh, another knee lands and Diaz is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Diaz doesn't seem to be complaining.

Wade closes the distance and clinches up with Diaz, looking for a takedown. Wade pushes Diaz against the cage but Diaz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wade with a poor takedown
and Diaz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wade looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Wade shoots in looking for a takedown. Diaz tries to sprawl out of it but Wade keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Diaz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
It looked like Diaz was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Flatbush Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jazz Wade.
